NATIONWIDE SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY ADVOCATES was founded by Dr. Michael E.
Saltmarch. Dr. Saltmarch was educated in the Public School System of
Alabama. He is a certified tax professional with over 20 years experience as a tax
practitioner. A Graduate of the
National Tax Training School,(N.Y.) Graduate of the
McGraw-Hill School of
Contemporary Bookkeeping & Accounting (Washington D.C.)
a graduate of Lawson State Community College
(Psychology) a graduate of the University of
Alabama Birmingham
(Criminal Justice) a graduate of Birmingham School of Law (Juris
Doctorate
) His main goal and ambition through Nationwide Social Security Disability
Advocates LLC
is to be a voice and force for those men, women and children that
need an advocate and mediator to represent, and assist them through the maze of red
tape and federal policies towards wining a favorable decision on their disability claims.

He worked for
five years as a Congressional Aide for former US Congressman Ben Erdreich
6th Congressional District of Alabama and along with other duties assisted numerous
constituents
with social security disability, and supplemental security Income claims. During
this time between 1985-1988 he attended
the Birmingham School of law where he earned
his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1988
.  Dr. Saltmarch  has a unique background in the health
care field. He worked for
five years as a psychiatric technician and is familiar with psychiatric
and psychological terminologies as they relate to SSI and SSD claims
.

Dr. Saltmarch  has
five years experience in a hospital environment as a Unit Clerk.
The demands of this job are very similar to that of a Medical Office Assistant. Some  of the  
general duties of a
Hospital Unit Clerk is working closely with the Charge  nurse,  usually  an
RN.
It included coordinating lab and diagnostic imaging tests, as requested by nursing and
doctor staff. Updating the status of nutrition,medications, labs etc., in the hospital
 system.
One of the highest responsibilities of doing that job, involved keeping an extremely  
accurate and up to date patient log. This would ensure that everybody on the
multidisciplinary team had the most up to date and accurate information
, as well as,
following any orders that the doctors and nurses ha
d provided.

Dr. Saltmarch's  work experience and legal training uniquely qualifies him to assist and
represent clients with mental and physical disability claims. His familiarity with legal,
psychological and medical terminology is a plus for his clients.
He is a graduate of The
Summit Organization Inc., Austin ,Texas. The training he received is based on the same
training received by Certified Social Security Disability Determination Examiners.

He is certified and trained in Social Security Disability Advocacy and has a Juris Doctrorate
Degree in Law.
